By participating in the Biogrow SmoFlo Answer & Win Contest (“Contest”), you (“Participant”) agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions: - 

1. Organizer and Eligibility
The Contest is organized by Legosan (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organizer”) and is open to all Malaysian residents in Malaysia aged 18 and above (as of the year 2021) with a valid Facebook account, except        for the employees of the Organizer, including its subsidiaries, their immediate family members, their business partners, affiliated companies, suppliers/distributors, promotion/ advertising/ public relations      agencies and other parties involved in this Contest.
By participating in this Contest, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. ‘Organizer’ reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. Legosan (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result. ‘Organizer’ reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. ‘Participant’ agrees to be bound to any such changes. The Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained once the decision is final.

2. Contest Period
Contest starts on 17th October 2022, 00:00hr and ends on 30th October 2022, (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to close/extend registration without prior notice.

3.How to Participate
‘Participant’ must fulfil the below criteria to stand a chance to win the contest:
   1) Watch the stroke-educational video on our Biogrow Facebook page (@BiogrowMY).
   2) Answer the following 2 questions in the comment section of the contest posting on Biogrow FB page:
      • Which disease is the third largest cause of death in Malaysia?

4. Winners and Prizes
a) There will be a total of 10 WINNERS to be selected in this Contest.
b) Winners will be selected with the following criterion: -
    10 winners with the correct answers in the comment section will be selected.
c) A Participant can only win one (1) prize throughout the whole duration of the Contest.
    Each winner will walk away with the following:

d) The Contest winners will be announced via Biogrow Facebook page no later than 31st October 2022.
e) The winners will be notified via Personal Message by Biogrow Malaysia Facebook page and are required to provide the following details:

    - IC number
    - Phone number
    - Email address
    - Delivery address
f) If a response is not received within Three (3) days from the winner announcement date, the prize will be forfeited.
g) The prizes will be delivered to the submitted delivery address.
h) The Organizer makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
i) The Organizer reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value.
j) By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and have given the Organizer the rights to publish and/or display particulars and/or photos of winners in print media and electronic media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and winner announcement without any royalty and/or compensation. Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to Organizer to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Winners' names, interviews, videos and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
k) The Organizer is not responsible for Internet connection errors that may affect the contest.
If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize without prior notice. The prize is not redeemable for cash, not transferable and will only be given to the winner who is able to satisfy all the requirements as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

5. Liability
The Organizer will not be responsible or liable for:
a) Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
b) Any error (including error in notification of Contest winner), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC suspended whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.

6. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Organizer.
